How much is delivery?
Standard delivery costs R90. Orders of R800 or more qualify for free delivery. Your available delivery options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, courier delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days for major cities, 3–7 for regional areas and 5–10 for remote areas. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, so please check with us before ordering for a fixed occasion date.

Can I return my order?
Our return policy explains the 30-day request period, eligibility, exclusions and process. It currently excludes sale and clearance items from change-of-mind returns. Rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect goods are subject to applicable law.
