Refund & Return Policy

At Bloom Crate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item.

 

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the incorrect item, Bloom Crate will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery by emailing mike.bloomcrate@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or required by law:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order through our website.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mike.bloomcrate@gmail.com.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where applicable.
